Every POLEN bouquet is carefully handcrafted. Production time ranges from a minimum of 2 hours up to 6 hours or more, depending on the design, size, and type of bouquet. This is what makes each piece truly unique.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! We accept personalised orders. You can contact us directly or use our Custom Orders page to share your vision with us. Whether it's a birthday, wedding, celebration, gift, or home decor — we create bouquets tailored to your special occasion.
What are the shipping options?
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout, based on your destination.
Do you accept returns?
All POLEN pieces are handcrafted to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the item and we will make it right.
