Refund policy

All sales at POLEN Atelier are final. As each piece is handcrafted to order using the French beading technique, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at polenatelier1@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we will do our best to find a solution.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and original packaging.
